Companies I’ve worked with

I moved to Bordeaux to learn wine properly.

I studied at the oldest wine school in the city, then interned at Château Pontet-Canet with the winemaking and guest-facing teams. Since then, dining rooms with Michelin stars and World’s 100 Best listings.
